AIL Professional Services
AIL Professional Services (AILPS) is delivered by the lead developers of the AIL Project. It is designed for organizations that need guaranteed responsiveness, operational guidance, and long-term collaboration while helping sustain the open-source AIL ecosystem.
In addition to the best-effort community support channels, AILPS provides structured, prioritized support through contractual service offerings.

Support is provided through our ticket system during business hours. New/custom feature development is usually handled as a separate project, depending on scope and complexity.
Optional additional support
For organizations with an active support contract:
- Advisory, installation, or integration support (remote): EUR 2,000.00 per 8 hours.
- Development of new/custom features: project-based pricing depending on requirements.
